Food Diary – Day 24

Breakfast time (before noon)

  • Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt and Oats n More Cereal
  • 500ml water

Lunch (between noon and 6 pm)

  • 2 Boiled Eggs
  • 1 Avocado
  • 500ml water

Dinner (between 6 pm and midnight)

  • Garlic bread
  • Breaded Chicken + Spicy Sauce
  • Too many Strawberry, Cranberry and Raspberry Cocktails (Run, Vodka, Whiskey)
  • Chocolate Ginger Pudding
  • Flat breads + Humus
  • 500ml water

Day 24 – Not Because I’m “black”

My Friday session was still on today! Forget I had one yesterday, the deal is 3 times a week, so I wasn’t about to pussy out of the last one just cause I didn’t get a day break in between.

The only thing that bothered me was the fact that it was raining!

Food Diary – Day 23

Breakfast time (before noon)

  • Left over Chicken and Vegetables (Spinach, Greens, Carrots, Onions and Red Peppers)
  • Whole grain pasta
  • 500ml water

Lunch (between noon and 6 pm)

  • 500ml water

Dinner (between 6 pm and midnight)

  • Steamed prawn dumpling (Ha gao)
  • King prawn fried rice
  • Chili oil
  • 1.5ml water

Day 23 – The Thursday Session

A break out of the routine is good for the body. So despite today’s session being a result of me loosing my mental faculties, all in all it was a good thing that I’d train on a Thursday instead of yesterday (Wednesday).

I’ve noticed that my muscles don’t hurt as much now. In the two weeks, I remember aching everywhere. But now, short of the pain agony suffering soreness during the workout, and maybe a few hours after, I feel fine.

Lunch (between noon and 6 pm)

  • Large Fries

  • 2 fruit pastille popsicles
  • 1.5l water

Day 22 – REALLY Losing it

Today is Wednesday!! I’m meant to be having a workshop about Business Planning, my PT and a meeting at the job center. Then go to the cinema in the evening, and have a good night. That was what was in my blackberry. That was what I was meant to be doing! That was the plan. That was the schedule. The itinerary for the day.

It was the plan for about 2 weeks now. That on this day – June 26, 2013 – I would do those things! Continue reading
